After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched/shipped from our facility.
2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim returns or refunds for damaged, defective, or missing items, customers must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5 to 7 working days.
